Jettag

Terms of use

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These terms govern the use of the Jettag iOS app and this website, operated by Iván Cabezón (Madrid, Spain; contact: hello@jettag.app). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What Jettag is

Jettag is an iPhone and iPad app that turns text travel itineraries into a structured travel companion: a day-by-day schedule, map, stops, attached reservations, and offline support. Some features (such as itinerary processing) use server-side artificial intelligence services; everything else runs on your device and your private iCloud.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the Apple Media Services usage rules. You may not decompile the app, resell it, or use it to build a competing service.

3. Your content

The itineraries, stops, notes, and files you add are yours. They are stored on your device and in your private iCloud account; we claim no rights over them. By using the AI processing feature, you authorize us to transmit the text you submit to our backend and to the AI providers, for the sole purpose of processing it and returning the result (see the privacy policy).

You are responsible for the content you process: don't submit illegal content or third-party personal data you are not entitled to process.

4. Trip information may contain errors

Jettag is a support tool. Structured itineraries are partly generated by artificial intelligence, and the data the app shows (times, locations, routes, weather, suggestions) may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always verify critical information — flights, trains, reservations, opening hours, local regulations — with the official source before acting on it. Jettag is not a booking service or a travel agent.

5. Your data and backups

Your trips live on your device and in your iCloud, under your Apple ID. That means you control the data — and also that its availability depends on your iCloud account. If you disable iCloud, delete the app from all your devices, or lose access to your Apple ID, we may have no way to recover your data. Keep copies of important documents (tickets, reservations) outside the app.

6. Acceptable use

We may limit or suspend access to server-side features if we detect abuse.

7. Beta and availability

The app may be offered in beta (for example, via TestFlight). Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Server-dependent features (AI processing, notifications) require a connection and may not be available at all times. The app is currently free; if any feature becomes paid in the future, it will be clearly announced beforehand.

8. Warranties and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, including those caused by incorrect itinerary information, loss of data in iCloud, or service unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country embargoed by the U.S. and are not on any restricted-parties list.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page; material changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate the license if you breach these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer law entitles you to a different jurisdiction.
